Insurance Information

We participate with the following insurance companies:

• Delta Dental from all states
• United Concordia
• FEP - Federal Employees Plan
• Blue Cross Dental

We accept all insurances. If you have a non-participating insurance company, you will pay the office, but we submit the claim electronically for you and request payment to be sent directly to you.
